  • Is there an application fee?

    Yes, our application fee is $40.00 per adult. This covers our background check and

    expenses related to reviewing your application.

  • What is the security deposit amount?

    The security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

  • When is rent due?

    Your monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. You will have a grace period of 5

    days. Late fees will be applied if your monthly rent is not paid in full on or before the

    5th.

  • What utilities are included in the rent?

    Your monthly rent includes the water, electricity, trash, and propane.

  • Since the rent includes the water, electricity, trash and propane, is there an allotment or is it unlimited use?

    No, it is not unlimited use. Tenants are responsible if they are over the average use for

    the month.

  • How long are your leases?

    They are for twelve (12) months.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, pets are allowed. You are allowed up to three (3) pets. The weight limit is 35

    pounds per animal. No aggressive animals. Pet deposits are required.

  • Are roommates allowed?

    Yes, so long as you do not exceed the maximum number of occupants for your size

    apartment, you obtain permission BEFORE they move in as a background check will

    need to be done prior to them moving in.

  • What regular maintenance is included?

    We provide quarterly pest control to each unit, we change the HV AC filters, we provide

    light bulbs and we provide the smoke alarm batteries.

  • Is smoking allowed inside?

    No, our contract states you are not permitted to smoke inside your unit as it is a fire

    hazard.
