What is the security deposit amount?

Security deposits typically equal one month's rent, due at lease signing. Specific amounts may vary based on the property and your application profile.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period extends through the 5th. Late fees begin on the 6th per your lease agreement.

What utilities are included in the rent?

Utility inclusion varies by property. Some properties include water, electricity, trash, and propane in the rent — others have these set up directly with the tenant. Check the listing or ask us when you apply.

Since the rent includes water, electricity, trash and propane, is there an allotment or is it unlimited use?

For properties where utilities are included in rent, normal residential usage is covered. Excessive usage above typical residential consumption may be billed back at cost — these terms are spelled out in your lease.
