ECH operates an internal, two-way operational text-messaging program for registered team members and contractors who have opted in. By opting in, you agree to receive operational text messages from ECH (schedules, showings, work orders, reminders, confirmations, and replies to your requests).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that support the messaging program (for example, our messaging platform), solely to deliver the service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for third-party marketing. We may share information with service providers who help us operate, and as required by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.
