ECH Property Management (a trade name of E.C.H. Tejas Company LLC) — "ECH," "we," "us." Effective date: July 14, 2026.

By using our website, applications, or text-messaging program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

ECH provides property-management and rental services and operates internal operational tools, including a two-way text-messaging assistant for registered team members and contractors.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Our SMS program is available to registered team members and contractors who opt in. By opting in you agree to receive operational text messages from ECH.

• Message frequency varies and is sent infrequently based on your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of employment or of any contract or engagement.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or messaging program.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
