Standard lease terms are 12 months. Other terms may be available depending on the property — please ask when applying.
Security deposits typically equal one month's rent, due at lease signing.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period extends through the 5th. Late fees apply after the 5th per your lease.
