What is the fee for someone to apply for a property?

Application fees are listed on the application page in our portal and are non-refundable. Fees cover the cost of background and credit screening.

Do you require Rental Insurance?

Yes — renter's insurance is required for all our properties. It protects your personal belongings and provides liability coverage.

Do you allow pets?

Pet policies vary by property. Some properties accept pets with an additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Service animals are always accepted in accordance with fair housing law.

What are the leasing terms?

Standard lease terms are 12 months. Other terms may be available depending on the property — please ask when applying.

How much is the security deposit?

Security deposits typically equal one month's rent, due at lease signing.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period extends through the 5th. Late fees apply after the 5th per your lease.
